施設管理エンジニア【自社の生産工場の設備グループ所属／只今、生産設備を増強中！】
生産工場の安定稼働を実現させる施設管理エンジニアとして、施設（機械・電気等）の保全と修理を担当します。
【ご担当いただく職務】
- HVACシステムおよび関連する空調機器、電気機器、配管システムのメンテナンス
- 施設の点検、製造部門へ影響がでる事項の報告
- 施設の不具合・故障等の緊急事態発生時の対応
- 施設状況に関する概要報告書の作成、実行すべき事項（アクションプラン）の提案・
- 各種法令順守の徹底
- トレーニングやセミナー、カイゼンイベントへの参加
【求めるスキル・知識・ご経験】
- 工場等の施設における設備管理の実務経験がある方
- 英語力は苦手ではないレベルで可（読み中心。翻訳ソフト活用で理解できればOK）
- 英語を使いたい方はシンガポール工場との連携で活かすチャンスあり
- パソコンの基本操作（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）ができる方
- 高等学校（普通科）卒業以上
- 会社のポリシーや守秘義務を遵守できる方
- 安全第一で工場の安定稼働に貢献してくださる方
【所属部門・チームについて】
設備グループは、ファシリティーチームと生産設備の保全チームに分かれています。所属するファシリティー（施設管理）チームはベテラン揃いですので、先輩から直接学びながら成長してください。
また、不具合に対し粘り強く対応し、改善点を見つけて積極的に発信でき、自分でもやりがいのある仕事を作っていくことが可能です。施設管理のエンジニアとしてキャリアアップできるチームです。
特に現在、工場の生産設備を増強中で、来年いっぱいかけて純水の製造量を1.5倍に引き上げていく見込みです。施設管理チームとしてはベンダー企業と協力しながら、純水設備・排水設備の設計や導入工事に力を入れています。
