The Staff Business Application for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Oracle EBS System and other sub-systems in the Finance/Mfg. Costing functions.

This position is part of the Operations and Enterprise Information Services (OEIS) and will be located in Brea, California or another Beckman location and will be hybrid at Beckman Coulter. You will be a part of the Enterprise Information System (EIS) team and report to the Senior Manager, Business Application responsible for supporting and maintaining Oracle EBS business system and other sub-systems in Finance/Mfg. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Conduct business process analysis, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate application or configuration solutions.
Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business processes to support the requirements throughout the project lifecycle up to and through change control.
Reviews system test plans and system tests applications to ensure successful test cycles.
Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training.
Leads large scale or complex business systems and application upgrades/ enhancement development and installations. Develops detailed implementation and upgrade project plans when required.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's degree in field with 9+ years experience OR Master's degree with 7+ years experience OR Doctorial degree in field with 4+ years exp.
Experience in maintaining and supporting of Oracle EBS system R12.2+ and related sub-systems in the Finance/Mfg. Costing functions.
Business Analyst (or equivalent) experience
Techno functional experience in Finance and Mfg. Costing - 80% functional and 20% technical

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in Advanced Analytics, Oracle Business Intelligence and Data warehousing
Highly desired to have PMP certification or Equivalent
Experience in implementation and support of Oracle Cloud ERP systems (Finance and Mfg. Costing)

The salary range for this role is $104,800-$140,000+. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
