By leading the global commissioning team, you will play an essential part in the success of the PASS F&B group and help the company to provide customers with the individual solutions to their challenges and realizing projects.
As a Global Commissioning Manager Manager F&B (f/m/d), you will be a crucial part of customer projects. You’ll take part in our constant learning programs and get the opportunity to develop your talents to expert status.
This position is part of the Global PASS F&B Team and will be remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and lead global the applications engineering team
- Own capacity planning, budgeting, staff development and succession planning
- Ensure global process standards for quoting tools and methods are in place and updated to enable continuous improvement
- Ensure Site works are executed safe according to customers specifications
- Coordination between functions Cross-divisional coordination
The essential requirements of the job include:
- BS Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering
- Long standing of functional experience in an engineering or technical team
- Multiple Years of leadership experience as frontline lead and working manager
- Experience in commissioning of capital investment projects
- Knowledge in PLC Programming, (Siemens, Rockwell), Instrumentation, Parameterization of modern systems, Fault finding
- Excellent communication, both written and oral, skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, in addition to being results oriented, creative and self-motivated are required
- Excellent English skills are must, Willingness to travel (50 %) and work unsocial hours
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Working in F&B industry or Fluid Handling
- Working on customer sites for technical projects
- 2nd language preferred (Spanish / Portuguese),
