Internal Communications / Employer Branding Specialist (d/f/m)
Communication and Creativity is your passion? You enjoy dealing with topics that truly have an impact for science and research? YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, manage and create engaging content for the internal communications channels (intranet, newsletter, email, in-person events, etc.)
- Work with the human resources and marketing communications teams to develop employer branding content that is inspiring, informing, and engaging for relevant media, social media, company intranet, and internal events or presentations.
- Coordinate internal and employer branding communication activities
- Provide support and guidance for various internal stakeholders on their communication efforts
- regularly evaluate the efficiency of our communication channels used, making continuous improvements
- Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
- Create a framework for processes/guidelines that can be implemented in our global regions and sites
- Organize and realize events, including all administrative duties and always making sure to serve our internal communications and employer branding objectives
- Close collaboration and networking with other Danaher Operating Companies
YOUR PROFILE
- University Degree (ideally in Communication, PR, Marketing, or Journalism), or equivalent
- Experience working effectively within Internal Communications / Employer Branding
- Demonstrated ability to take complex ideas and translate them into key messages and creative executions
- Strong creative skills in text & video editing, communication management, and social media
- Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Networking & consulting skills to always offer the best service to our various stakeholders
- Flexible, proactive, and stakeholder-oriented team player who enjoys dealing with complex topics
- Experience having worked in a matrix organized company is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
