The Healthcare Project Engineer – Civil & Architectural for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for supporting the customers in Italy with laboratory architectural projects, while supporting clients’ decisions across complex range of negotiations, based on strong market vision and analysis.
This position is part of the Workflow & IT Solution (WITs) located in Italy and will be fully remote. Travelling up 30% in Italy is to be expected. to At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the Workflow & IT Solution team and report to the WITs Manager responsible to work in close partnership with the other team to position the Group on a sharp and solid business leadership, acting as agent of innovation in designing a highly performing laboratory organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Helping the customer on laboratory architectural projects
Lead preparation and execution of architectural part of Tender Projects. Define tender project act in order to complete and support the tender cycle and fill up tender document.
Monitoring and analyzing marketing needs and satisfaction through specific KPIs
Organize and implement training sessions, including the preparation of material and tools to ensure the sales force is adequately trained on complex systems and connectivity projects
Manage projects ensuring safety and quality standards, in addition to respecting deadlines and budgets, in collaboration with company functions,
The essential requirements of the job include:
Education in Civil Engineering / Architectural
Solid experience gained in the HealthCare environment
Biomedical background will be a plus
Project Management & Problem Solving
Know how in IT Infrastructure and Networking
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Excellent communication skills / public speaking in Italian & English
