The Sr. Financial Analyst - FP&A is responsible for providing budgeting, forecasting and financial analytics support to the business to ensure that financial decisions are well grounded. Additionally, this role will learn about the Danaher Business System (DBS) and participate in the deployment and improvement of processes through DBS.
This position is part of the Pall Corporate FP&A team located in Port Washington, NY which is responsible for monthly forecast and annual planning processes for all of Pall’s business and providing support to the senior management team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Compile forecasting and annual budgeting process for Pall Industrial business units.
Work with business unit and functional leaders to analyze actual results versus expectations and build accurate future expectations.
Works directly with business managers and functional leaders to develop and implement daily management including periodic metrics and reporting packages.
Provide analytical support for the delegated functional areas to resolve issues and/or enhance systems / business processes.
Approximately 25% of this role is spent supporting the monthly close.
Minimum requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting , MBA is a plus.
5-7 years of progressive financial experience, including planning, financial analyses, and management reporting. Manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
Solid communication skills and ability to problem solve financial data and advise management on outcomes.
Possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance in a fast-paced time sensitive environment.
Strong Excel skills required, experience with other Microsoft Office products, OneStream and SAP is desired.

This role requires the ability to work onsite in Port Washington NY approximately two days per week as well as ability to work from home.

The salary range $115,000-$130,000 This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
