The HR Data & Insights Analyst (m/f/d) for Radiometer is responsible for analytics and insights for our global organization including administrative support for reporting processes for ongoing and ad hoc projects. The main focus area for this position is to develop and maintain reporting processes related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and driving deep dive analysis for the global organization.
This position is part of the HR Reporting & Analytics team and located in Poland with the possibility of working on-site, hybrid or fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Be a part of a team supporting the global organization with metrics, trends, and analyses that drives business decisions.
Drive DE&I reporting and deep dive analytics
Design and maintain effective dashboards, to communicate KPIs and insights to internal customers
Enhance the HR reporting and analytics infrastructure
Ad hoc projects and administrative tasks must be encouraged as a part of the role
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Human Resources, Computer Science or related quantitative field.
+3 years working with Data and Analytics
Competence within Power BI or similar data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools.
Experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation with ability to effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders incl. senior leaders and their team members in English (in writing and orally)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
