The Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for growing the existing database of relevant account contacts while executing campaigns that convert prospective accounts into customers, and customers into loyal partners. This role works cross-functionally with business development, market and product management and regional marketing to grow to ensure that all aspects of account-based marketing campaigns accurately represent Pall Food & Beverage, improve the overall customer experience and deliver critical KPIs for the business.
This position is part of the Food & Beverage Business Unit and will be located remotely in the following locations: Germany, France, the UK, or the USA.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Collaborate with the business development team and market management to define strategy; build and execute account-specific multi-touch campaigns.
Grow our site-level visibility at key global food & beverage companies.
Identify, build, track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) by account to show value-add and impact to business.
Collaborate with the regional marketing team to further align strategy and campaigns where appropriate.
Attend customer site visits/in-person meetings, seminars, and tradeshows & events.
Prepare, present, and manage budget and negotiate contracts as needed.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or similar. MBA not required but preferred.
Experience gathering the voice of customers through qualitative and quantitative research and leveraging this customer knowledge to build relevant marketing strategies and corresponding campaigns (i.e. account-based campaigns that yield results).
General understanding of both last-touch and multi-touch attribution models and how to link models to critical KPIs.
Comfortable and knowledgeable with digital marketing tools and capable of building a business case to support the implementation of new digital tools as needed.
Past experience working closely with multiple functions (sales, service, product management) to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.

With CRM software, Salesforce is preferred.
Within the food & beverage industry.
Beyond the ability to write and speak fluent business English, the ability to speak multi-languages (i.e. Spanish, French, German) is also a plus.
