This position as Working Student - Program Management is part of the Program Management department located in Munich and will be on-site with 10 - 20 working hours per week. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be part of the program management team, with the primary responsibility to create and maintain the visibility on the project portfolio for our lab automation business using different tools, e.g. Power BI. You will communicate with multiple different departments to create corresponding reports/visualizations and to ensure maintenance of the data. Thereby you will gain insights into our portfolio management techniques as well as gain experience in the well known Danaher Business System (DBS).
Your main responsibilities will be:
Create visualizations on portfolio and project specific KPI’s for different audiences using Power BI and other tools
Implement solutions to automate data acquisition and evaluation
Develop and roll-out trainings for tool usage
Maintain Tools, e.g. manage user accounts and support trouble shooting
The essential requirements of the job include:
Student of Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience in using Power BI and/or Smartsheet
Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
Experience in project management is a plus
Good written and verbal communications skills in German and English, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced self-directed environment
