Payroll and HR Administration Specialist France & Benelux (d/f/m)
Are you passionate about ah HR role by delivering operational day to day HR support as payroll and HR administrative tasks and also by being involved in other HR projects (recruitment, talent & performance processes) ?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate Payroll activities with correct payment of salaries & variables
Coordinate C&B local activities and propose improvements.
Ensure proper administrative follow-up from entry to exit of employees
Provide HR reports
Coordinate & follow-up onboarding and offboarding
Support manager in their daily question
Support sensitive issues
Contribute to the roll out of our key HR processes: annual talent and performance processes
Support activities with CSE (work representatives) by preparing meeting
Participate to HR initiative
Lead dedicated HR project and or activities to develop autonomy
YOUR PROFILE
You have Master in HR, BA/BSc Degree in relevant subject (e.g. HR Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology/ Law)
You have minimum 3-5 years proven experience in HR in global/international environment
You have a good understanding of HR administration & payroll coordination
You have a first exposure to France employment law
You are fluent in English
